Service:


Owner is responsible and will ensure that their dog is up-to-date with their vaccinations, flea and tick treatments and de-wormer treatments.

Owner accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused by their dog whilst being walked. Owner is financially responsible for any loss or damage to property whilst your dog is boarding.  Barce Barks is not held accountable for vet fees or third party claims whilst your dog is in our care.

Owner is to make full disclosure of any quality or characteristic problems which might make your dog not suitable for walking or boarding; including behavioral or health problems, antisocial behavior; including aggression, incontinence or lack of house training and excessive barking. Failure on the part of the owner to disclose any matter which might render owner’s dog unsuitable for walking or home boarding will be deemed a material omission amounting to a fundamental breach of our agreement. 

We make every effort to contact the owner in the event of an emergency. We recommend owners provide us with a contact number of a trusted third party should we be unable to make contact. However, we reserve the right to make decisions regarding your dog’s health provided it is at all times acting in the best interests of the dog and on the advice of a veterinary. Owner is responsible for payment of any veterinary fees incurred by Barce Barks.

Prices for products are subject to change without notice. All prices for products are in US dollars, and are exclusive of any applicable local, state, or federal taxes.


Payment

All payments made through this Website are processed using a third-party processor. You acknowledge that Barce Barks is not liable for any breaches of credit card or debit card security or privacy by such third-party processor. You agree to pay all charges from the company incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other method of payment.


Refunds and Replacements 

If you received a product with a ‘best buy’ date that has passed or that was damaged in transit, or if you are otherwise dissatisfied with the product for any reason, we will refund your purchase or offer you a replacement product, at no additional cost to you; provided, however, that such refund or replacement will be limited to a maximum of one case of product and certain shipping costs may apply. To request a refund or replacement product, send an email to barcebarks@gmail.com with your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request, within 30 days of when you receive your Product. We may require proof of purchase if we can’t verify your order. If necessary, we will adjust this refund policy as required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you live. Food safety laws prohibit us from accepting the return of food products. This refund policy is subject to change without notice.
